🔁 Returns & Store Credit — The Book Girl Club

I want you to love your order, and if something isn’t quite right, I’m always here to help.
Because I’m a small business with limited inventory, returns are offered as store credit only.

 

🕒 Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please email info.thebookgirlclub@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing it.

After this time, your order may already be in processing and cancellations may not be possible.

 

💛 How Returns Work

If a return is approved, it will be issued as store credit, which you can use toward any future purchase.
I do not offer refunds back to original payment methods.
Items must be unused and in their original condition
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
Shipping costs are non-refundable

Please reach out before sending anything back — unapproved returns can’t be accepted.

 

🔁 Exchanges

Because stock changes often and quantities are limited, I’m not able to offer direct exchanges.

Store credit allows you to choose a new item whenever you’re ready.

 

✉️  Requesting a Return

Send an email to info.thebookgirlclub@gmail.com with:

• your order number

• the item you’d like to return

• a brief explanation of the issue

I’ll get back to you with the next steps.

 

❌ Returns Cannot Be Accepted For

To keep things fair and consistent, returns will not be approved for:

• purchasing the wrong Kindle/Kobo model (please check the sizing kit before ordering)

• colour differences caused by screen or device brightness

• change of mind / buyer’s remorse

• items that show any signs of wear, handling, or use

• sale or discounted items

• delays or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers
