Approved returns are issued as store credit. Original shipping + any duties or import fees already incurred are non-refundable, and return shipping + any costs or fees associated with sending your order back are the customer’s responsibility.

Kobo and Kindle devices use magnets for certain sleep/wake functions, so a magnetic grip placed directly behind your device may occasionally trigger sleep mode. In our testing, this has been more noticeable on some Kobo models.

If the magnet repeatedly triggers the sleep/wake function, you may notice increased battery use as the device is being activated more frequently. If this happens, try turning off the Automatically sleep and wake setting on your device.
